Profile

HISTORY. Golden Bay Fresh Seafood Restaurant is the brainchild of a group of friends who wanted to showcase the Chinese culture, tradition and cuisine. During their weekly tea gatherings, they would discuss how much they missed the sumptuous dishes which they enjoyed back home. In late 2006, their talks led the group to come up with a concept for a grand restaurant that would showcase traditional and modern Chinese cuisine. In the beginning, their plan was to establish a typical Chinese restaurant that was comparable to other restaurants in the country. However, encouraged by the strong outlook of the tourism industry in the country, they decided to build a grander and more exquisite restaurant which would offer a dining experience that is unparalleled on this side of the world. They also wanted this convenient and satisfying dining destination to be big enough for a multitude of people to converge in and share fond memories.

MISSION
To be able to offer a dining experience that is unparalleled and become the convenient and satisfying dining destination in the Philippines.

VISION
To become the premier and exquisite Chinese restaurant in this part of the world.

THE RESTAURANT
In order to bring Chinese culture and tradition closer to its patrons, the restaurant tapped the services of several young Chinese interior designers. Teaming up with one of the country's top interior designers, Nardy Aquino, they were able to create a first-class interior that radiates elegance and exudes warmth and comfort. The interior of the restaurant is a combination of elegant wood, fine marble and gold accent, which epitomizes China's elegant yet simple flair. The restaurant exterior, on the other hand, bears a striking resemblance to a casino complex due to the bright LED lights that decorate the building. The lights on the restaurant's facade were put there so that customers would be able to locate the restaurant easily. It is also meant to reflect the restaurant's vibrant atmosphere.

PARKING
Knowing the importance of a large parking space to a restaurant, Golden Bay management decided to acquire a sizeable piece of property. The restaurant's parking area can accommodate roughly 500 cars, making it an ideal place to stage big events, such as weddings and parties.

FUNCTION ROOMS
The restaurant's function rooms are ideal for press conferences and board meetings. State- of-the-art audio/video equipment, like LCD televisions, projectors and speaker systems, and Wi-Fi enabled rooms are also available.

BANQUET HALL
Golden Bay's banquet hall is one of the biggest in the country. It has a floor area of 1,200 square meters and can accommodate 1,200 individuals. The banquet hall is suitable for induction ceremonies, oath-taking programs, seminars, product launchings, corporate events, weddings, baptisms, birthday celebrations, family gatherings, etc.

LOCATION
Golden Bay Fresh Seafood Restaurant is located along Diosdado Macapagal Avenue, the next financial and entertainment center of the Philippines, which currently boasts of an impressive mixture of commercial, financial and educational establishments. Specifically the restaurant is poised to be in the middle of the Central Business District within the Diosdado Macapagal Avenue Complex. The restaurant is only a 15-minute drive from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport and is only 20 minutes away from the country's financial capital, Makati City.
